Q: When do I receive my wedding film?

A: Your wedding film will be delivered within 4-12 weeks from your wedding date. The average turnaround is 6 weeks but this can vary depending the time of year. We spend a large amount of time and care customizing your wedding film!

Q: Can I pick the music and use my favorite song?

A: Copyright law limits our use of popular music. From an artistic standpoint, we find it is a more unique experience to use songs that come from our library of up and coming artists. That way, you focus more on the entire vibe instead of your favorite song at the time. It will truly make your film timeless! If you wish to hear examples, all of the films on our site use this music library. Trust us, they’re ALL vibes. We ask you to provide us with a handful of your favorite songs, genres you like and dislike, and then you’ll hear your song for the first time when viewing your film!

If you would like to use your first dance song or another favorite popular track, we recommend booking a package with a social teaser because we can create those for IG reels and Tik Tok where the use of copyright material is allowed.

Q: Where are you located / Will I be charged a travel fee?

A: We are based out of Bloomington-Normal, IL and service the surrounding area such as Champaign, Peoria, Springfield, Paxton, etc. We love traveling to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, no travel feel if booking our Cinematic or Documentary Package.

We also travel to Minnesota and the Washington, D.C. area for clients looking for the Documentary Package.
